By accessing or using the GYDOCARE platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GYDOCARE website, applications, and services (the "Platform"). By registering an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

GYDOCARE is a digital healthcare platform offering:

  • Online appointment booking with registered doctors and specialists
  • Hospital and department directory and search
  • Lab test and diagnostic bookings with home collection
  • Healthcare membership plans for families and individuals
  • Patient health records management
  • Agent and referral programs for healthcare outreach

GYDOCARE acts as an intermediary platform. Actual medical services are delivered by independent registered healthcare professionals and institutions.

3. Eligibility

To use GYDOCARE, you must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent), provide accurate registration information, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, and take responsibility for all activity under your account. Accounts must not be shared with third parties.

5. Medical Disclaimer
Important: GYDOCARE is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider. Content on this platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical conditions. In a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

6. Appointments & Bookings
  • Provide accurate patient information at the time of booking
  • Appointment slots are subject to availability and provider confirmation
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees
  • Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings
  • GYDOCARE is not responsible for delays or cancellations by healthcare providers
7. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. By making a payment, you authorize GYDOCARE to charge the agreed amount.

Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund
  • Same-day cancellations may attract a cancellation fee
  • Lab test bookings are refundable if cancelled before sample collection
  • Membership fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
8. Membership Plans
  • Memberships are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase
  • Benefits are subject to availability within the provider network
  • Membership cards are non-transferable and linked to the cardholder
  • GYDOCARE reserves the right to modify plan benefits with prior notice
9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Use bots or automated tools to access the platform
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
10. Intellectual Property

All content on GYDOCARE — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to GYDOCARE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GYDOCARE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; actions or omissions of healthcare providers on the platform; or platform downtime. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account by contacting support@gydocare.com. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage resolving issues amicably — please contact our support team first.
